Each team shall submit the name of two players, including goalie tandems, from his/her roster to be made available in a supplementary draft that will follow the regular draft. Owners may bid units from their current season’s allotment for any or all of the available players. A team that makes a player available may bid for him if it chooses. The highest bidder shall be awarded the player. Units will be awarded to the team that loses the player and added to its available total for the new season. However, a team that successfully bids for a player it made available in the supplemental draft shall not be awarded any units. Players made available in the supplemental draft who are not claimed shall remain the property of the teams that made them available.
