At the beginning of each season, each team shall receive 100 units to be used in making trades or acquiring free agents. Should a team use all of its units before a season ends, it shall not be able to acquire additional units except by selling a player or players to another team or making a trade that includes units being received from the trade partner. Units may not be carried over from season to season.
